Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Acceptance of return of Products, Exchanges and/or cancellation of orders are at SELLER’s sole and absolute discretion. The SELLER reserves the right to charge the CUSTOMER for cancellation of work performed and / or restocking charges for Products returned. Product(s) should be returned in original and unused condition to products shipping origin with Shipping costs for returns and exchanges to paid by the CUSTOMER. Communication with DPF Distributors is required before shipping product back. Warranty registration is the responsibility of the end user/customer. Warranty claims are to be handled between the customer and manufacturer directly. Returns and exchanges are to be performed within 30 days of date of purchase. Restocking fee is 15% of product price. Exchanges may waive the restocking fee.
